By downloading or using the Fennec: Learn Arabic application (the "App"), these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

1. License to Use

KodesHari grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your mobile device strictly in accordance with these Terms. You are not allowed to copy, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, or translate the App into other languages without our prior written consent.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers access to certain features (such as an ad-free interface and unlimited quizzes) through in-app purchases and subscriptions powered by Google Play and managed by RevenueCat. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and automatically renew unless cancelled through the Google Play Store subscription management system.

Refund requests must be processed in accordance with Google Play store policies.

3. Intellectual Property

All copyright, database rights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in the App, its vocabulary contents (except where public domain or licensed under open sources), design layout, and mascot assets belong exclusively to KodesHari.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including data loss or device damage, resulting from your use of the App, nor do we guarantee the absolute linguistic correctness of all translated content.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any updates. These changes are effective immediately upon being posted on this page.
