Data Deletion Instructions

At KodesHari, we value your privacy and aim to give you complete control over your data. This page describes how you can delete your data generated by using the Fennec: Learn Arabic mobile application.
Note on Accounts: Fennec: Learn Arabic does not utilize user accounts, online logins (such as Google or email sign-ins), or remote user databases. Therefore, we do not have an active user profile database on our servers to delete.
1. Deleting Your Local Progress and Settings
Your XP (experience points), quiz scores, category completion percentage, and translation settings are stored locally on your device. You can completely erase all of this data at any time directly through your device settings:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Navigate to Apps or Application Manager.
- Find and tap on Fennec: Learn Arabic.
- Tap on Storage.
- Tap Clear Data and Clear Cache.
Once cleared, all local progress is permanently erased. When you reopen the App, it will reset as if it were newly installed.
2. Requesting Deletion of Purchase History / Billing Inquiries
If you purchased a Pro subscription through Google Play, certain purchase records are stored securely via RevenueCat to manage entitlement status. If you wish to request the complete deletion of any purchase history records or support inquiry data associated with your transaction history, please proceed as follows:
- Send an email request to our support inbox: timuners@proton.me.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request - Fennec.
- Include your Google Play Store Transaction ID (GPA.XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX) or your anonymous User ID shown in the settings of the App.
Upon receipt of your request, we will process your deletion with Google Play and RevenueCat within 7 business days and confirm completion via email.
